  • Setup e-mail accounts into working folders, discuss having a calendar.

System Maintenance Procedures:

• System Memory.
  • If < 512MB
    • check size of desktop image. If  images is > 1MB, discuss removing.
    • Analyze Services and discuss removing items not required.
    • Analyze Startup Programs and discuss removing items not required.
• CPU Speed
  • If < 1GHz
    • Analyze Performance Settings
• Windows Updates
  • Check Auto Settings
  • Verify current status
• System Devices
  • Attempt re-install of non-functional device drivers as needed
• System Restore
  • If customer is not reporting major problems, remove all but last point.
• Hard Drives
  • Conduct a cleanup
  • Conduct Defrag... Discuss UltimateDefrag as required.
